Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Setu checkout experience embedded on a merchant's store. By proceeding through checkout you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Setu provides a hosted checkout that lets you verify your contact number, enter delivery details, and place an order with the merchant. The contract of sale is between you and the merchant; Setu facilitates the checkout.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.
• Use the service only for lawful personal purchases.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the service or its rate limits.

3. Orders & payment

Order confirmation is subject to product availability and the merchant's acceptance. Cash on Delivery and UPI options are offered where supported. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable amounts at checkout.

4. Cancellations & returns

Cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled per the merchant's policy. Please contact the merchant's support channel for assistance.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Setu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the checkout.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023.
